This is Marcy Klaus. This is the clown that handled my custody for most of the twenty years. She doesn’t even deserve my respect to refer to her as a Judge.
This bitch started off as Evil Baby Mama’s attorney when our case started in 2005. Within like three or four years or so she became Judge and stayed on the case.
Instead of exercising her own Due Diligence and recognizing a Conflict of Interest and removing herself from my case she stayed on and “protected” her client.
For a stint I had a counselor, a Psychiatrist, with a PhD. This counselor suggested that “Parental Alienation” was happening. In a January 2024 letter, the counselor specifically says, “Mr. Kihn genuinely loves his children and would like not being alienated from them. I hope this alienation will end now”.
I tired bringing this alienation up in a hearing. I told the judge what the counselor had said about the alienation. The court also already had a copy of that letter. The judge didn’t care. The judge said that my counselor was not qualified to determine that.
Really? So, let’s get this right…
A counselor, a licensed Psychiatrist with a PhD is not qualified to determine Parental Alienation but a judge that is judge by election only and has an education of an attorney with a Master’s at best is somehow qualified?
How is that?
Does getting elected to judge magically give her a PhD?
A judge IS NOT qualified to determine the best interests of someone’s child.
This bitch is a pure fucking evil monster. She has no class, no empathy, no compassion, no morals and zero family values.
Funny story… I am a self-employed residential painter. A couple years ago I was doing a job for a local, retired cop. This cop used to work for Marcy, bailiff or whatever. The cop didn’t like Marcy either. In fact, he told me that most of the people that work for her or around her pretty much can’t stand her and don’t like her. The cop said Marcy is a real bitch. Yup, I know!
I practically begged this fucking bitch for more time with my girls and she always told me no.
This dumb cunt claimed to “understand my frustration”. The fucking bitch didn’t understand her ass from a fucking hole in the ground.
