And the Shit Show begins…
Our oldest daughter was born in January 2005. Soon after Evil Baby Mama and I broke up and she kicked me out. It was her place. Evil Baby Mama was pissed when I left. Why? Because I didn’t care about leaving her. That didn’t bother me. I was more upset about leaving my daughter. That pissed off Evil Baby Mama. Soon after, Evil Baby Mama didn’t waste any time wanting her child support and taking me to court.

Support Order – August 9, 2005
The Support Order says that I shall have “reasonable parenting time”. This will consist of every other weekend, only four days a month. Every other holiday and six weeks in summer. A total of approximately 93 days a year.
It also says that the respondent (me) shall receive a 50% retroactive abatement of the child support obligation after the minor child spends six(6) consecutive night periods with respondent.
This is why I can’t have more time with my girls. If I have them long enough my child support gets reduced. If my child support gets reduced the court or Evil Baby Mama isn’t making money. Child support is more important than the child.
Order also says…
The petitioner (Evil Baby Mama) shall be responsible for 10 percent and the respondent (me) shall be responsible for 90 percent of all uninsured health care costs of the minor child. Evil Baby Mama 10%, me 90%. Real fair, huh?
And of course child support. This is the year I started getting raped for my money. Looking at the Support Documents it may appear that I wasn’t paying that much. I was but I wasn’t. I wasn’t paying a lot compared to what some people pay. Child support is based on income. The more you make, the more you have to pay.
At this point, Evil Baby Mama and I had just broken up. Evil Baby Mama kicked me out. I was unemployed and didn’t have a penny to my name. I had no choice but to move in with family in another town.
Even though/because I was not working, my support was based on as if I was making minimum wage which was $5.15 per hour in Michigan in 2005.
