This year Evil Baby Mama decided she wanted to file a complaint on me. A frivolous complaint of course. Evil Baby Mama isn’t the brightest crayon in the box but she sure does have quite the imagination sometimes.
This is Evil Baby Mama fighting to keep our girls from me. Me fighting to see them more. Evil Baby Mama brainwashes our girls into believing that she is the “good guy” and did nothing wrong. No parent should have to fight for their own kids. Baby mama forced me to do that and convinced our girls that she didn’t.
Evil Baby Mama fought with me again over the Summer Schedule. Just like she did in 2008, 2010, 2017 and 2019.
Girls, your mother lied to you!
All kinds of support crap this year. Those bastards don’t let up much, if at all.
It’s all about money. NOTHING is done in the best interests of the children. It’s done in the best interests of making a buck.

Letter From Caseworker – January 24, 2013
This is a response from court to my complaint about phone calls.
Evil Baby Mama would not let me call and talk to my girls so I sent a complaint to the court about it trying to be able to. I seem to have misplaced that complaint.
The court said that if me and Evil Baby Mama can’t work this out then I would have to file a Motion the court to ask for phone calls. Of course, Evil Baby Mama would not cooperate and just let me call and talk to my girls.
So I have to file the Motion. They told me no because phone calls can’t be enforced.
But somehow in 2023 the court order video calls between me and my youngest daughter. There is another story with that.
They couldn’t enforce calls in 2013 but they could in 2023. If the court would have done their fucking job in 2013 and ordered calls there wouldn’t have been half of the problems there were.
I was never allowed to build a phone relationship with my girls. By the time they got old enough for their own phones that relationship didn’t exist so calls were not made. And by this time all this bullshit fighting was beating at me and threw me into bad depression that I started shutting myself off from everyone. Including my girls. I didn’t call anyone. An where I lived I had a really bad signal. I was living in a “dead zone” with my phone.

Of course Evil Baby Mama is lying. Evil Baby Mama claimed that I “regularly exhibited aggressive behavior in the presence of the minor children at parenting time exchanges, such as spitting on plaintiff’s current husband, yelling profanities at Plaintiff, hitting Plaintiff’s car, forcing himself into Plaintiff’s car when Plaintiff is trying to get the children into her car to leave, insisting on specific contact with Plaintiff at parenting time exchanges, exhibiting anger and aggression”.
Evil Baby Mama is full of shit. Evil Baby Mama claims that I had aggressive behavior and yelled profanities at her. I sure the fuck did! The fucking bitch forced me to fight for my kids! Yea, I was fucking pissed! Hitting Evil Baby Mama’s car? Forcing myself in it? Nope. Never happened. There were a couple times that I leaned into Evil Baby Mama’s vehicle to give my girls hugs and kisses goodbye. They were already in their seats buckled up. Insisting on specific contact with Plaintiff at parenting time exchanges? Well, fucking duh! She’s the mother of my children, of course I would want specific contact with her. Spitting on her husband? Well, now, that one is quite possible? This mother fucker was sticking his nose into my business with my girls. He was attempting to dictate what I did and didn’t do with my girls. Nope, that didn’t fly with me! We get along now as he discovered that I wasn’t the problem. After their divorce, Evil Baby Mama started pulling the same shit with him.
Evil Baby Mama claims a history of domestic violence. She’s full of shit again. There was never any domestic violence on either side. Just Evil Baby Mama being a bitch.
There was a time that Evil Baby Mama claimed that I hit her. That was back in 2003. It’s in her Personal Protection Order with Police Report. I discuss it there.

Evil Baby Mama is fighting with me about the Summer Schedule, again. This is the third time. First time was in 2008 and second time was in 2010.
Evil Baby Mama was wanting a specific weekend for her family reunion that she said she had. Evil Baby Mama claimed that I was aware of this reunion as it has been going for 35 years and had asked me about it in the past.
I was with Evil Baby Mama for five years. I don’t remember her ever going to a family reunion? I’ve never went with her to one. One would think I would have being with her for five years?
Now, this is 2013. This custody shit started in 2005. That’s 8 years. If this family reunion has been going for the last 35 years, why does Evil Baby Mama wait for 8 years to ask the court for the weekend? Evil Baby Mama never asked me about it until this year.
At first I wasn’t going to give it to her then after I thought about it for a minute I decided to do it, for my girls. I did decided to do it before we went to court. So, I really didn’t lose anything in court as I already had plans of letting Evil Baby Mama have that weekend.
